Facial FeaturesKhaleel's eyes meet somewhere in between sharp-edged and soft-looking, giving one a sense of false security when they meet him for the first time. The same set of eyes would turn fiery red while Khaleel harnesses his powers after being hit by the Tower fragment, but most of the time one would likely see his eyes in the colour of pitch black. Thick and straight brows, prominent jawlines, high nasal bridge, as well as high cheekbones further accentuate his appearance. His lower lip is noticeably thicker than his upper one, and when it stretches to a smile, a set of dimples would appear on both of his cheeks; a little "gift of deformity" inherited from his biological mother Eladaria. He also sports a dark ash blue hair that is kept short most of the time, though he has been dyeing it many times at this point and has expressed an intention to grow it out a tad longer.
BuildKhaleel's kin adapt to the properties of the elements they are able AND destined to control, and needless to say, Khaleel possesses a physical body that mimics the properties of fire, making him slightly hotter in temperature than an average humanoid (with a normal of 39 degrees Celcius per modern measurements). To adapt to this bodily heat, Khaleel's body is granted an enhanced metabolism, a condition allowing him to convert any delicacies to ATP as easy as eating it, forcing him to have quite the bigger appetite than most. Khaleel is also taller than an average humanoids, with broad shoulders, well-defined chest, and toned abdomen. While he may appear to be lean with his slim waist and slender legs, being a djinn allows him to carry weight 2 times heavier than his overall mass, and this pushes to 3 times after the fragment hits. This does not outweigh his swift limbs, however, that grants him the agility and the speed he needs to be a distinguished marksman. It is known that the fastest he could go is the equivalent of the Mach 1 scale, though doing this would deplete him of all of his energy, so he would usually go low and stay around Mach 0.5.
FeaturesKhaleel possesses a magical tattoo right above his left brachial muscle in the form of a double-headed naga, the symbol of the cult he was recruited into, UNAIMED, that when touched he could summon two nearby UNAIMED allies. This tattoo also serves as a tracker, and it has been giving Khaleel various disadvantages along the way. Another tattoo depicting the face of his divine beast, the Nian, would also show up on his entire neck when the beast is within proximity and would gradually disappearing when he is far away from Khaleel. As this tattoo is also magical, it emits a prominent neon, deep-shaded pink glow. Also hidden by his usual attire are scars in the form of a sigil nearby his adductor muscle and initials of a friend he received from a pact on his serratus anterior.
FashionAside from the royal attires he was obliged to wear while he's around his family, Khaleel could fit in any wear within his reach, though is often spotted with his shiny synthetic leather jacket layered after his black, slim-fit wifebeater. As an academia, he would be seen dapper and formal; black monkstraps, coat with matching trousers, and a tie of his choice. Every one day of a week, though, he could be seen sporting a crimson red and black turban along with his formal attire, one of three family artifacts left from his raided and destroyed trailer. What never leaves him as he starts his life as an elite force is a vial necklace containing an ample amount of blood of his mixed with the blood of Valdemar Engelström, which would then be infused with the magic of blood oath to bind them both together and preventing them from striking each other. That, as well as a pair of glasses, especially after he got hit by the Tower shard around the pineal gland area, severely reducing his vision and granting him myopia on both physical eyes while, almost at the same time, enhancing his third-eye which is utilisable whenever he enters the blood surge state.

Yekaterina Makhyden, Nadia

Face Claim: Dilraba Dilmurat
RP Status: Unclaimed
The oldest of Al-Abbas; the First Daughter. A child of affair between Ghadra and Beatrice Kazmirillah conceived before marriage, but was regarded as a legitimate princess courtesy to the advice of the palace counselors in favour of Ghadra's reputation and kingship. Nadia never managed to acclimatise herself to the grandeur of the Ignescent House, resulting in her escape and eventual recruitment to the Armed Forces.

Yelizaveta Ademara, Shahzia

Face Claim: Gülnezer Bextiyar

The younger sister to Nadia, conceived three years after Ghadra and Beatrice's marriage. Once regarded by her subjects as Ghadra's successor, she broke free from the shackles of the empire by following Nadia's footsteps at first. Her continuous voyage landed her on a different path, however, and landed her a position in one of the most prestigious botanical reserves in the supercontinent. She had been dedicating her life to the research on exotic plants and how to care for them ever since.

Mecheslav Makari, Nazriel

Face Claim: Oh Sehun

The younger brother to Nadia and Shahzia. The First Son. The pride and joy of Ghadra Al-Abbas, and you best bet everyone was overjoyed when he was born. However, just like his two sister, he too escaped from the family during his coronation as the crown prince. He brushed constantly with the navy during his escape, which he eventually called as home. Correspondences

CORRESPONDENCES OF NAMESThe Ignescent House of Al-Abbas, because it is a part of the Royal Homestead of Sadalmelik, has its own nomenclature just like 6 other families gathered within the homestead. This house in particular names their infants with the nomenclature as follows:[Two christening first names] + [A given name] + Al-Abbas.The christening names of the House of Al-Abbas are granted 57 days after birth and after intense observation by a divinatory practitioner or a ceremonial magic expert. They would be the ones naming these infants based on their nativity chart and various divinatory delineations. In addition, for the House of Al-Abbas, I want them to settle with christening names that are of the modern day Greco-Roman, Norse, or Indian.- ÍVARR: The Old Norse version of Ivar, which was the name greatly associated to the Viking king who invaded Anglo-Saxon England, Ivar the Boneless. The name is an amalgamation from the word "yr" for yew/bow and "arr" for warrior; together, they become a premonition to one of Khaleel's career paths later in life. Also known as "Imar", and is usually pronounced that way as well, even when the "m" becomes "v".- DIMITRIOS: The male equivalent to the Greek of Devotee of Demeter. This is the last part of Khaleel's name that I settled with after days of pondering. When I assigned the name Íchvitra Daphnis to Kahina (yes, I wrapped up her name first before Khaleel's), I wanted Khaleel's name to have the same initials with hers (I.D.K.A.). Somehow the name Dimitri came to my senses after testing a few names that would resonate well with Khaleel and his story. Just like the name "Khaleel", the name Dimitrios also mirrors Khaleel's life story.- KHALEEL: An Arabic name translated to "Friend of God". While I do not entitle the "god" name to divinity from any religious scriptures, I take the inspiration of the name from Holy Qur'an. In Surah 4 (An-Nisa: The Woman) verse 125, the Author referred Prophet Abraham as an "intimate friend of God". The entire ayah was transliterated by Sahih International to "and who is better in religion than one who submits himself to Allah while being a doer of good and follows the religion of Abraham, inclining toward truth? And Allah took Abraham as an intimate friend". This, for me, resonates with the theme of Khaleel being a "follower of god" in some ways that he becomes their trusted, intimate friend. Though so, this doesn't imply that he is, in any way possible, a friend of god literally. I am well aware of the fact that gods coexist within this universe without acknowledging their creations.- AL-ABBAS: An Arabic family name literally translated to "The Lion". The Arabic equivalent to the English "Abbott". I got an inspiration for this name from my high school biology teacher who also happens to be an entrepreneur and a startup CEO. The kind of spirit that he shows--being both a teacher and an entrepreneur at the same time--is something I want to reflect on Khaleel's life and, in extension, his family. Something to keep in mind: Abbas is not the only Arabic word for Lion; in fact, the language has more than 300 names dedicated to the said animal. Another thing to put into consideration is that the lion here also represents the zodiac Leo whose alchemical element is fire, the element the pure-blooded djinns of Al-Abbas are said to be capable of controlling.

CORRESPONDENCES OF ADDRESSESMy general guideline is to go with the format below:
[Name of Building]
[Number of Building (maximum of 4)] [Street Name] [Region Name] [Larger Region Name] [Full Name of Empire] [Postal/Zip Code (5 numbers)]
I base this on the international format of address and I would usually use something akin to this when I were to write important addresses in English.KHALEEL'S BIRTH PLACE- Fomalhaut is taken from the name of Alpha Piscis Austrinus, the 18th brightest star in the sky as observed now in 2020. The name Fomalhaut itself is derived from the Arabic word Fum Al-Hut; mouth of the whale. It is also to be remarked that Fomalhaut is regarded as the southernmost brightest star to those in the Northern hemisphere, and soon enough astronomers granted it the moniker "the loneliest star". The usage of Fomalhaut here is to mark a region in Fjorvaltereign that is not populated by that much of people and would only be seen as a business district due to it being more of a hub to Vanholmstein and vice versa. I settled with the Anglicised name due to the geographical location; I would like to think that there are regions in Fjorvaltereign that sounds like they were supposed to be a part of Vanholmstein, especially in their shared borders, but distinctions were made by the people of Fjorvaltereign later in the development of the empire. And yes, in Khaleel's story, he was born in this "frontier" region of Fjorvaltereign; long story short, his mother Eladaria was taken along by the Shahanshah for a visitation to the kingdom of his distant relative (still within the same homestead), and went to an unexpected premature labour in their journey to said kingdom. In addition, per the beliefs of the House of Al-Abbas, being born outside Vanholmstein would result in a severe consequence when it comes to one's magical abilities, and in Khaleel this manifests as him becoming a late bloomer in the magic that should have been inherited from the blood of his father Ghadra.- Valetudinarium is, simply, the Latin to "hospital". The family would most likely find for one of the most advanced hospital in the area and settled for Fomalhaut Valetudinarium.- 8136 is a numerology play. I, the writer, has a life path of 9, and I love tieing things up to the said number. 8+1 = 9, and 3+6 is also 9. Both combined would make 99, the amount of Asma Al-Husna, the sacred names of God per Islamic belief system.- Yrsaerica Helsemina, an Old Norse name, is the name of the street where this hospital is located. Knowing how people name roads after heroes of all ages, I made sure to come up with a story of Helsemina, the woman who was gifted the title "Yrsaerica ": she was a notable leader of the Yrsa tribe of Fjorvaltereign, a tribe who believes that their people descended from great bears of the heavens. When a bear hunting competition commenced around the area that is called Achernar ever since the middle centuries of Archaian civilisation, Helsemina was the person who made sure that the event was cancelled and fought for the rights of the tribe as well as the preservation of the local bear species.- Achernar is the name of Alpha Eridanus, the ninth brightest star in all heavens only seen from the Southern Hemisphere. Coming from the Arabic word "Akhir An-Nahr", end of the river, this area is named like such as it is located nearby the end of the river of Hel-zeminee, again named after the local hero aforementioned. I use the same rationale as to why I settled with its Anglicised name the way I did to Fomalhaut.- Just like the number of building, the zip code is also a numerology play. Both 3+4 and 1+6 can be reduced to 7, Yuno's favourite number. I simply added 7 to make it a triple 7 when reduced.KHALEEL'S CHILDHOOD RESIDENCE- Bayt-ul'abbas 'Alazheem is the Arabic word to "The Great House of Al-Abbas". For this part of Khaleel's address, I wanted to go full-blown Arabic, but of course with some twists now and then.- Both the number of the residence as well as the zip code are imbued with personal sentiments.- Dhanab Al-Asad means "Tail of the Lion". This is the name of the street where the residence is in. More about the residence will be elaborated later on.- Attariq means "the street".- Jabhah Al-Aqrab is the equivalent to "forehead of the scorpion".- Wasadh Adhaferatz means "Central Adhaferatz." Adhaferatz itself is derived from the word Adh-Dhafira / Adhafera (The Curl of The Lion's Mane or simply the Lion's Mane), taken from the star Zeta Leonis. In fixed stars astrology, this star grants one military prowess as well as riches, something that the Sultanate of Adhaferatz is known for.- The name of the sultanate combined with the name of the regions as well as the street would reflect the lore of Homestead of Sadalmelik together. I would elaborate more of this in the family lore section, but I'll give a hint: when combined, the address reads "tail of the lion, frontal lobe of the scorpion, the lion's mane". Another hint: Fixed signs. Squares.- Alright, I know, I know. I will just elaborate now. Long story short, again, The Homestead of Sadalmelik is a big clan of royal djinns within a sultanate located in the ruins of Ausfuhrenganz. The first of Sadalmeliks are said to be able to control each of the alchemical elements (fire, water, air, and earth) as well as having the authority to the substances salt, quicksilver, and sulfur. However, due to the bloodshed happening in the family for the throne, Sadalmelik decided to send each of his children to an uncharted territory on some regions in Archaion, in hopes that their destructive powers can be suppressed down to a level where it could be of aid whenever needed but without the destructive qualities.- That being said, Abbas Sadalmelik, the First Bearer of Fire, would stay in Vanholmstein. Geographically, this could have made him all the more delirious and insane, but the nature of Vanholmstein actually drove him to be more energy-conservative.- I based the sultanates and their territories on the four fixed signs of astrology as well as the three main principles of alchemy to create Bread of Life. While Al-Abbas represents Leo and the element fire, their sultanate is located in the region loosely based on Scorpio. Per astrology, they create square to each other and their elements attenuate each other as well. I also use this rationale as the basis of my choices to the other Sadalmelik sultanates spread across Archaion.

Footnotes

[1] Your Most High Majesty. Taken from the tradition of Persian empires.[2] An equivalent of Prince. Originating from Persian empire traditions as well, it is a combination of the word "Amir", the king, with the suffix "zadeh", the son/lineage of.[3] x for voiceless velar fricative, like the German Bach. ʕ for voiced pharyngeal fricative. There is no English equivalent to this, but you should feel the glottal deep in your throat as you pronounce "a:".[4] An alias Khaleel guises himself under during his time in the group UNAIMED. As he works as a lecturer in Parvis Magna Studium Generale, Kilgenblythe, he comes up with said name as he assimilates himself back to the Archaian civilisation.[5] Lit.: Father of bows. Khaleel is known to be the head of archery department in UNAIMED, succeeding a fellow Fjorvaltereign native Adramelech Sardonnae Cabrera-Bellonsky. Each department leader is bestowed a name that is related to their origins as well as the department they are leading.[6] An alias Khaleel uses when he is on the run from his and his adoptive children's Juweljaegers, used when he was about to run away from their newly built house. The surname is taken from the man he makes a blood pact with, ultimately making him Khaleel's true partner: Valdemar Engelström.[7] The title granted to him by the Tower shard due to his mostly destructive powers.[8] A moniker received after he finally masters the power to control and combust fire at his own will. In his early days as a shard, he finds the power almost impossible to control due to its overwhelming surge of energy, driving him accidentally burning more targets than he should, hence the title.[9] This signifies that he is part of the Four Archaian Horsemen of the Apocalypse.[10] "Wise one". Given by Khaleel's older sister Kahina ever since he was a kid, taken from their grandfather, the only Shahanshah (monarch) in a century to be dubbed also dubbed as such. Often coupled by "little" in front of it. Kahina saw the bits of wisdom in young Khaleel and how he seems to possess a mind older than everyone around him at that age.[11] An endearing name given by Valdemar during the days they spent working on Valdemar's thesis defence. Khaleel has the tendency to question on the younger man a lot regarding the project, just to make sure that what Valdemar offers later on would be ironclad.[12] For being a Fjorvaltereign native and sporting a seaweed-coloured hair at one time, he was given this nickname by Eryvana Lyra Sein-Arcaidis, one of his long-term romantic partners.[13] The name given by the kids of St. Ivanenko's Childcare Shelter, a once-abandoned orphanage that UNAIMED helped to take care of, all because he was seen around with his selenite crossbow slung to his torso at their first meeting.[14] Granted by Ariadne Jemima Nyx as a play to the word Khal-eel. She states that she doesn't truly like eel, so in return she swaps the "eel" in Khaleel's name to "fish", a genus that she is fond of.[15] "Father Kelp". Both Xavireo Erza James and Ariadne Jemima Nyx use this nickname to call him.[16] "Tower of the Leader." Also the name of the highest skyscraper in modern day Dubai. Given by Valdemar due to Khaleel's status as the Tower shard.[17] Killian van Eidel's big brain came up with this cute nickname.[18] This nickname is also given by Killian van Eidel. A play on the stage name of a modern day rapper Lil' Kim.
